Pilates Sculpt and Sweat
Pilates Sculpt & Sweat blends Pilates precision with light dumbbell work for a fun, full-body workout. You’ll tone your core, arms, glutes, and legs while keeping your heart rate up—expect a good burn, a light sweat, and to leave feeling strong and refreshed.
Mat Pilates Total Body HIIT

Pilates Buns & Guns
Pilates Buns & Guns is a fun, feel-good workout that targets your glutes and arms with controlled Pilates moves and light weights. You’ll lift, tone, and tighten while feeling that signature burn—leaving stronger, more sculpted, and energized.
Pilates Fusion
Pilates Fusion: Combining elements from Pilates and Barre to deliver a fun 45-minute toning workout. Controlled, small movements will work deep into the muscles and help to strengthen stabilizing muscles. Just a mat is needed. Optional light weights and bands will help to find the burn!
Powerhouse Pilates
Powerhouse Pilates is an all-levels mat based class that focuses on building deep core strength, control, and full-body stability. You’ll move through intentional, low-impact sequences that target your core, glutes, and posture muscles, aka your “powerhouse.” Expect slow, controlled movements, longer holds, and that signature shake, all while improving alignment and flexibility. It’s challenging but accessible, leaving you feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body.
Tablates
Tablates: Get ready to move! This Tabata-style class is a high-energy, time-based circuit workout designed to keep your heart pumping and muscles working. You’ll power through short bursts of intense exercises followed by quick recovery periods, targeting strength, cardio, and endurance all in one session. Perfect for all fitness levels, this fast-paced class keeps things fresh, fun, and effective—come ready to sweat and leave feeling strong!
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates a controlled, traditional, full-body Pilates class focused on core strength, alignment, and mindful movement. Using light weights and intentional pacing, you’ll build stability, improve posture, and deepen your mind-body connection. This is your midweek reset: low-impact, focused, and effective.
Full Body Sculpt
Full Body Sculpt is a full-body sculpt class using light weights, resistance bands, and other props to build strength, enhance muscle definition, and improve stability. Inspired by Pilates, this workout focuses on controlled, low-impact movements for a deep, effective burn.
Rise + Vibe
An energized Pilates sculpt class designed to challenge strength, control, and endurance. This class builds on foundational Pilates movements with holds, pulses, deeper muscle engagement, and light weights to intensify the burn. Push your limits in a focused, high-energy morning session.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement, guiding you smoothly from one pose to the next. Expect a dynamic, full-body practice that builds strength, improves flexibility, and helps you feel more balanced, focused, and energized.
Sculpt Flow
A vinyasa-based flow designed to build strength, stability, and control. This class blends breath-driven movement with light weights to sculpt the arms, glutes, and core while keeping you grounded in fluid, intentional flow. Expect to move continuously, challenge your endurance, and leave feeling strong and reset for the week.
Friday Flow
A dynamic vinyasa sculpt class to close out your week strong. This session combines flowing sequences with strength-based intervals using light weights to elevate your heart rate and build muscle endurance. Expect a slightly more energizing, upbeat pace to leave you feeling accomplished heading into the weekend.
Restorative Flow Yoga
This class draws from elements of yoga to promote strength and flexibility. We begin by waking up the joints and connecting breath to movement as we flow through sun salutations and warrior sequences that will enhance stability, balance, and focus. Once the body is warm, we descend to the mat for a series of blissful, deep stretches, leaving you feeling lengthened, refreshed, and ready to conquer the day ahead. This class is for all levels, and only a mat is needed.
Box Fit
Box Fit is a high-energy 45-minute workout combining boxing and cardio to get your heart pumping and your stress out. Punch, kick, and sweat your way through a powerful, full-body workout that’s as fun as it is intense.
Flow & Fire
It is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, yoga, and HIIT designed to sculpt long, lean muscle while building strength and endurance. Move with intention, find your strength, and leave feeling powerful and energized.
Strength & Stability 55+
Strength & Stability 55+ is a 45-minute full-body workout designed to help you stay strong, balanced, and independent. This class focuses on building muscle, improving stability, and supporting joint health through controlled movements and appropriate resistance. Expect a safe, supportive pace that helps you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence with every session.
Girls Only Self-Defense (Ages 15+)
Girls Only Self-Defense (Ages 15+) is a 1-hour class designed to build real confidence and practical skills. Led by Tara Dixon, a 2nd-degree black belt with over 18 years of training experience, this session focuses on simple, effective techniques to help you defend yourself and safely get out of situations you don’t want to be in. Expect a supportive, empowering environment where you’ll leave feeling more aware, prepared, and in control.
Dina's Dance Party- Zumba
Dina’s Dance Party is a high-energy Zumba class that keeps you moving with upbeat music and easy-to-follow dance routines. You’ll get a great cardio workout, burn calories, and boost your energy—all while keeping things fun and constantly changing. No dance experience needed—just come ready to move and sweat.
